A large-scale project requires a solid budgetary vision. The costs of the White Clover are mainly divided between the construction of the skating rinks and the redevelopment of the surrounding urban areas.

Note that the parking relay is financed separately by the Fondation des Parkings and is not included in the State budget.

The objective is clear: to guarantee citizens transparent information on the investment made, while demonstrating that this project is based on controlled and sustainable financial bases.
